Question... Is my credit card charged upon checkout?
A: No. Only an approval is taken. Your card is not actually charged until the order ships and for only the amount of the order or any additional amounts needed to adjust the order for additional freight or other charges.
Question... What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover & American Express. We also accept PAYPAL. You may also send a cashiers check or money order to: Bigandtallmart, 108 Hope Rd Holland, PA 18966. Sorry no personal checks accepted.
NOTE: When using a credit card online, your card MUST be registered to the billing address on the order. Failure to do so may result in the eventual cancellation of your order. We will, however, attempt to contact you regarding this matter before cancellation.
Question... What do I do if I need to return an item?
A: Contact us via e-mail and we will give you a return authorization number. Pack up the item(s) in original condition and send back to:

- Note: Please make sure the items in question are in exactly the same condition as you received them. They should be clean, unused and free of smoke or perfumes. Failure to follow these rules may result in a restocking fee or even no refund in which case the items will be shipped back to you at your expense. Question... How long can I expect to wait until my order arrives?
A: In most cases your order will ship within 48hrs exception being when an item on the order is out of stock. or is a non-stock Dickies or other item. In that case your order may be delayed up to 14 working days to wait for arrival of the out of stock item. Depending on what part of the country you live you can expect your order to take 1-5 days to arrive after shipping. You will be notified via e-mail when your order ships.
Question... When do I need to have my order shipped via the United States Postal Service?
A: When you are shipping to a PO Box, military base, Alaska or Hawaii or if you just have a hard to reach rural area where UPS has trouble reaching. In any case be sure to select the USPS shipping option upon checkout. The charge will be $5 more than UPS shipping.
Question... Does Bigandtallmart publish a catalog?
A: Sorry but no. All our available products are listed online. Products are always changing thus making a catalog constantly out of date. |
