Standard Ground Service (Continental US) Your order may ship via UPS or US Postal Service priority (our choosing). Should you desire US Postal Service Priority because of PO box or rural area where UPS does not go, there will be an additional amount ranging from $2 to $5 depending on amount spent. (Please note this does not guarantee your order will leave any faster, it is just for locations that need or desire USPS rather than UPS delivery. Also, If your order contains non-stock items which require an extended wait, this will not speed up the departure date of the order) You can expect your order to ship within 3-5 days unless an item specifies a longer delay.

USPS Priority Mail Shipments to Alaska are additional, APO's, Hawaii, PR and all other P.O. Boxes add $2 to $8 to the above rates depending on amount spent unless actual rates go significantly above in which case you will be charged actual rates. Note: Please select the USPS tab for freight when checking out.
Sales Tax: There is no sales tax in PA on clothing
Credit Card Payments: Your credit card is only approved at the time you place your order. No actual payment is taken from your card until the order ships. At that time your card is charged only the amount of the actual invoice. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER and PAYPAL.
Checks: We accept certified checks and money orders for immediate shipment. Sorry, no personal checks accepted.
International Shipments: Bigandtallmart ships only international orders outside the US over $50. Bigandtallmart does not ship to all parts of the world. Buyer is responsible for all returns regardless of source of error. Please select "international Shipping" upon checkout.

Invoices: A copy of your invoice will be sent with your order with the exception of drop shipped orders. These will contain a packing list without pricing. You may be contacted to verify card and address information on a drop shipped order. Your invoice can always be found online and printed at your convenience. Should you desire a copy of your invoice we will mail one at your request.
Orders: Bigandtallmart ships most orders from our main location with the exception of most Tri-Mountain, Blue Generation, River Road, Neil Allyn, United Pioneer, Camber & Falcon Bay products which may be shipped direct from the mill to you. Sorry but these vendors cannot ship USPS Priority. In the event that we are out of a product or do not have the full amount of an item in stock you will be contacted to see if an alternate will be acceptable. We may also have to purchase additional stock to fill your order resulting in a delay of shipment. These additional delays usually do not exceed 10 working days. Sorry but we do not hold backorders. Should you desire us to ship in-stock items ahead and the balance of any backordered items when they are re-stocked, a $5.95 charge for the second shipment will apply.
30 Day Money Back Guarantee
Returns: Must be made within 30 days of receipt of merchandise for a full credit of the purchase price of the merchandise exception being all formal wear products which carry a 10% restocking charge if returned, no restocking charge if exchanged for another formal wear product. PLEASE CONTACT BIGANDTALLMART via e-mail stating reason for return. Buyer is responsible for freight on all returns and will be credited back the full purchase price of the garment(s) only. Exception being when Bigandtallmart ships an item,size or color in error. In that case you will be credited back the freight both ways equal to a maximum of twice the freight charges billed on your invoice. PLEASE DO NOT SHIP BACK VIA OVERNIGHT OR OTHER AIR METHODS as you will not be reimbursed for the full amount you paid. If you desire an exchange only then you will be responsible for a reshipping charge of $5.95 which will be billed to your card on file plus any difference in cost of the item(international shipments excluded).
*** PRINTED TEES: These shirts are all made to order as per your selection of size, color and print. We do allow returns on these, however there is a 15% restocking charge on any return or exchange. Also, in the event that a mistake is made in the selection of a free tee shirt after 3 are purchased at full price, that tee will not be eligible for exchange or return so please check your order carefully before and after submission and contact us immediately with any errors or changes.
Any returns made after 30 days of receipt of merchandise will be subject to a 15% restocking charge and eligible for credit back to your card less the restocking fee. After 60 days there will be a 25% restocking fee and store credit only. Merchandise must be in original condition (not washed or worn or stained) and free of smoke or perfumes. NOTE: IF YOU PURCHASE MORE THAN ONE OF THE SAME ITEM PLEASE TEST WASH ONLY ONE ITEM AS WE CANNOT TAKE BACK MULTIPLE ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN WASHED. All hang tags must be intact and garment must be in original packaging. Failure to follow these rules may result in a restocking fee or even no refund in which case the items will be shipped back to you at your expense.
No returns accepted after 60 days without prior authorization. Please e-mail for authorization number. Bigandtallmart reserves the right not to accept returns after 60 days if the item was a special, closeout or no longer being sold on the site.
