Does Bigandtallmart publish a catalog?

Sorry but we do not publish a printed catalog. All our available products are listed solely online. Products are always changing thus making a catalog constantly out of date. 

 

How do I know if the item comes in Big or Tall sizes?

We denote all "Big" sizes with an "L" and "Tall" sizes with a "T". i.e. 2XL,3XL, 4XL, 5XL.. for bigs and LT, XLT, 2XT, 3XT.. for talls. Basically if the size ends in a "T" then it's a tall. If not then it's a regular length Big size. Our SM through XL sizes are not cut bigger than normal. 

 

I placed an order but have not gotten a confirmation?

You will want to check your SPAM folder as well as your in-box.  You may have entered an incorrect email address or none at all.  Feel free to contact us and we will send another copy to the email of your choice.

 

How do I view my orders?

After placing an order, you will receive a sequence of emails with a link to your order status page. If you have an account, you can also view your orders from your account page.

 

How do I place a return or exchange?

If you have an account, you can place a return or exchange online from an individual order on your account page. From there, you can select which items you want to return or exchange and why and we'll email you back with a confirmation on your return status. If you don't have an account, you can email us at returns@bigandtallmart.com with your return request. 

 

Is my credit card charged at checkout?

Yes, it charges automatically once you submit your order. Should you decide to cancel or delete any items from your order the proper amount will be refunded back to your card.

 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express. We also accept Paypal, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Amazon Pay. When using a credit card online, your card must be registered to the billing address on the order. Failure to do so may result in the eventual cancellation of your order. We will, however, attempt to contact you regarding this matter before cancellation.

 

How will my order be shipped?

We ship 75% of all orders using the Post Office. Larger orders will ship out using UPS. We also use drop ship vendors which may ship from all over the US.  These orders may ship USPS, UPS or FedEx. 

 

What if I need my order shipped to a PO Box?

Don't worry, we ship to PO Boxes all the time. We also ship to APO's and other military installations. Many of our items do ship from our vendors and some do not ship to PO Boxes so we would need to bring the item into our facility first and then ship. If you have a large order, however, we may contact you for a street address so we can ship UPS.

 

What do I do if I need to return an item?

Contact us via e-mail and we will give you a return authorization number. Pack up the item(s) in original condition and send back to:

Note: Please make sure the items in question are in exactly the same condition as you received them. They should be clean, unused and free of smoke or perfumes. Failure to follow these rules may result in a restocking fee or even no refund in which case the items may be shipped back to you at your expense. Please be sure to read our entire return policy.

 

How long can I expect to wait until my order arrives?

In most cases your order will ship within 48hrs except when an item on the order is out of stock. In that case your order may be delayed up to 14 working days to wait for arrival of the out of stock item. Depending on what part of the country you live you can expect your order to take 1-5 days to arrive after shipping. You will be notified via e-mail of any out of stock items and also when your order ships.
