30 DAY RETURN POLICY
We hope you are satisfied with your purchase, however, should you need to return it for any reason please follow the instructions on this page to ensure you get a timely exchange or refund.
To receive full merchandise value on your return it must be made within 30 days of receipt of merchandise.
Original shipping charges will not be refunded. You can still make a return after 30 days, however, there is a 15% restocking charge. After 60 days there will be a 25% restocking fee and a store credit which can be used anytime for a future purchase. No returns accepted after 60 days without prior authorization as we may not be able to accept some returns if the item was a special, closeout or no longer being sold on the site. We ask that you please follow these rules otherwise there may be a larger restocking fee or even no refund in which case the items may be shipped back to you at your expense.
If you have an account, you can place a return or exchange online from an individual order on your account page. From there, you can select which items you want to return or exchange and why, and we'll email you back with a confirmation of your return status. If you do not have an account, you can email us at email@example.com with your return request. In either case, you will be sent an RA number if the return is accepted.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping exception being when we ship an item, size or color in error in which case you will sent a return label at our expense. We recommend USPS and please no air shipments or signature requested. If you desire an exchange only, and it is within the 30 day period, we will send out free of shipping charges (international shipments excluded) a one-time replacement. Any additional costs incurred if the new item(s) are higher in cost is the buyer's responsibility. Shipping on subsequent exchanges is the responsibility of the buyer as well.
Please adhere to the following to assure a smooth return:
1. Obtain an RA number by either submitting an online return (must have an account) or emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Your RA will be sent to you via email once the return is approved.
2. Send garment(s) back in original packaging with all hang tags, bags and labels intact if applicable
3. Do not wash or wear any of the garments except to try them on
Note: If you purchase more than one of the same item please test wash only one item as we cannot take back multiple items that have been washed. Many high cotton content items will shrink more than normal so this is why we suggest washing only one first. Washed items are still non returnable but this way you can still return the balance that has not been washed.
NOTE REGARDING THE PANDEMIC:
We are taking the highest precautions to insure that your products are safe, however, if you are still cautious and do not wish to try on a garment without washing first keep in mind you will not be able to return that product.
4. Make sure garment(s) are clean and free of perfumes, smoke and pet hair
5. If you did not enter the return online then please Include a copy of the original invoice or packing list with RA number supplied by us and be sure to include the reason for the return or any request for exchange. Online returns need only supply the RA number.
*** PRINTED TEES: These shirts are custom made to your specifications and we do allow returns up to 4 shirts, however, there are restocking charges on any returned printed tee.
RESTOCKING FEES FOR PRINTED TEES ONLY
1 returned printed tee - 10% restocking charge
2-4 returned printed tees - 15% restocking charge
5 or more shirts - returns no longer accepted
EFFECTIVE Jan 1st 2020 we will no longer allow even exchanges on printed tee shirts. To make an exchange you will need to return your order for credit (less shipping and restocking charges) and reorder the new sizes online. We also can no longer allow printed tee returns larger than 4 shirts so please be sure of fit when placing large orders. We suggest ordering a smaller order first to make sure you are satisfied with fit and quality of the printed shirts.
Also, any changes made after your order is placed will result in the same above restocking charge on the changed item(s). Cancellations of printed tee shirts, once your order is in process, will also result in the same above restocking charge as these are prepared to your specifications. If your tracking shows delivery was made but you do not have your item, please contact us immediately. All claims regarding non-delivery must be made within 5 working days from tracking showing delivery.
